Whom have I in heaven but you?
And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. For god alone my soul waits in silence: from him comes my salvation. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken.
Psalm 18:16-17 He sent me from on high, he took me; he drew me out of many waters. He rescued me from my strong enemy and from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me. They confronted me in the day of my calamity, but the Lord was my support. He brought me out into a broad place; he rescued me, because he delighted in me. Tomorrow we leave for one of my favorite places - camping at Fall Creek Falls. Since I will only have limited access to the Internet I am going to try to create my posts today from my home computer and then just make them public each day. I don't know if I will have enough bandwidth to make this work - but if not I will post extra the next week. All my pictures for the next week will be from Fall Creek Falls.
Psalm 13:5-6 But I have trusted in your steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord because he has dealt bountifully with me. To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy - to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power, and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forever more! Amen
